How to fight obesity


Obesity is a disease characterized by excess fat in our body, and that obesity can affect people of any age.

A major cause of obesity is the excessive development of the food industry is not very healthy, known as the fast food industry. As you may have noticed, we live surrounded by supermarkets, bakeries and coffee shops where we see many goodies.

Some foods should be avoided because they contribute to obesity:
  • Chocolates
  • Candies
  • Pies
  • Desserts
Most children and adolescents are obese because consume unhealthy snacks out of time and foma wrong. Parents should pay close attention to it, especially when children are in school. Should be placed in the school lunch foods that have enough protein, calcium and hydrate the body, so it is recommended rates fruits, sandwiches and fresh juices.
Some ways to prevent against obesity:
  • Carry out meals and snacks correctly (and the correct time)
  • Avoid foods that are fat or glucose
  • Practice sports
  • Drinking plenty of water because the metabolism and help hydrate the body
Many doctors suggest as a main form of treatment for physical activity, which not only involves the obese person but the whole family. If exercise and diet will not give certain surgeries are also recommended rates to the withdrawal of the accumulated fat and control appetite or food intake by the person, thus acting directly on the problem of obesity.
