Sports and dehydration

The dehydration is something very common in summer periods, when people seem to ignore the importance of consuming enough water, but there are many recorded cases of dehydration due to sports without adequate hydration.

Playing sports is very beneficial for the body, but leads to loss of large amounts of water that must be replaced. And replacement should be done before, during and after training!
